All of our espresso specifics at caffe d'bolla are decided day of roast. We do approximately forty espresso per year, and we never repeat.
This Espresso Club roast will be a wholly unique and exclusive offering created and roasted in the same manner. My goal is to create an espresso that meets my standards, is relatively easy to execute, and is delicious --because we all like delicious espresso.
As a roaster, I think of each coffee as a separate ingredient, and like a chef, I create a weekly, seasonal dish. I constanly taste, explore and understand the subtleties and nuances of numerous coffees, so what appears to be an on the spot decision is the result of thousands of hours of roasting, testing and tasting to an exacting standard.
This will be 300g +/-. >10 oz and < 12 oz. Exact amount will be based on post-roast espresso analysis.
After the roasting and testing is completed, I will provide detailed parameters and tasting notes on Discord as a starting point.
